Foundation to begin offering Continuing Education Webinars & FREE CE Opportunity for NYSDA Dentists
Webinars deliver dynamic, interactive continuing education to dental professionals anywhere in the world. Continuing education is exciting with a webinar. To introduce the Foundation's new webinar continunig education courses, we invite you to enroll one of our upcoming courses. The June 19th webinar course "Dental Benefit Dilemmas I: Legal, Ethical, and Practical Perspectives on Third-Party Reimbursement" (3 MCE Lecture/Live Credits) is being sponsored by NYSDA and offered for FREE to NYSDA member dentists, all other participants can register at a significantly reduced fee. Webinars allow an instructor to share visual content over the Internet in real time – you see everything right on your home or office computer screen! You can take part in engaging conversations with your instructor by phone conference or text chat while watching the presentation on your screen — ask questions, offer insight, or just clarify a point. The key is that everyone sees and hears the same thing at the same time. The Foundation’s webinar program doesn’t require that you have any particular software, just a computer hooked up to the Internet. Our webinars also allow you to take part via your iPhone®.
Webinars offer dental practitioners throughout the world an accessible, engaging form of continuing education. The webinar, "Ethics & Jurisprudence for the Dental Practitioner" (3 lecture credits) fulfills the NYS mandate. Registration Fee: $150.00 / NYSDA Members, $200 / NON-NYSDA ADA Members, and $250.00 / NON-ADA Members.
